Learning to Share

October 19th, 2009 by Magistra

Hi, guys! As you learn, so must I! Remember, Docendo Discitur? Well, I hope that our T-shirt designs, our class mixed cds and earthquake simulation projects prove to us all (yes, Magistra, too) that there is more than one way to skin a cat, and not just because Magistra said it. Here, I am learning how to share my posts online. Next, I am going to post a student news video on my blog. This is cool stuff! I hope you never stop learning! I sure won’t!

CTE: 7th Grade MS Word Test and Touch Keyboarding Quiz Review

October 8th, 2009 by Magistra

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
7th graders who did not score well on the Microsoft Word Test are REQUIRED to do corrections for a small percentage of recovery points. These corrections should be on a seperate sheet of paper, attached to your original test, and signed by a parent/guardian. Here is how you should correct your test:
1. Write the question.
2. Ask yourself, why did I write this answer, and why is this answer incorrect?
3. Write down your response to your question (#2).

Do this for each portion you missed. Correcting your test will help you to understand why you chose the wrong answer, and will likely prevent incorrect answers in the future.

Touch Keyboarding Quiz requires signature only. There will be no re-tests/corrections.

Both the test and the quiz are due to Ms. Dozier on Monday, October 12, 2009.
